Grant County Economic Growth Council Awarded Duke Energy Partnership Program Grant
The Grant County Economic Growth Council (GCEGC) is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a $5,000 grant through Duke Energy’s Partnership Program! This grant will help support our strategic marketing initiatives, designed to showcase the incredible assets of Grant County and foster continued economic growth and prosperity in our community.
We are grateful for Duke Energy’s partnership and commitment to empowering local economic development. With these funds, we will implement new marketing materials and strategies that highlight the vibrant business opportunities, dynamic workforce, and welcoming community that make Grant County a great place to live, work, and invest.

Check Delivery: Duke Energy will issue the grant check within the next month or two.
Media Coverage: Duke Energy will distribute a local press release to our media contacts, and we encourage our community partners to share this exciting news to celebrate our collective success.
Reporting: As part of the program, GCEGC will provide Duke Energy with a written report outlining the outcomes and results of our marketing efforts by January 31, 2026.
